Today I propose two fresh, fast and Healthy recipes to celebrate the summer:
Salmon with peppered mango:
Mix half of a mango with the juice of 2 limes and pour over the fresh salmon in slices.
Add the crushed Kampot pepper.
Serve with avocado and mango rather green in strips, sprinkle with lemon caviar and calendula petals.
White fish and grapefruit:
Marinate very fresh white fish cubes with the juice of a grapefruit and a little chilli
Serve with supremes of pink grapefruit and red onions sliced, sprinkle with olive oil and lime. Fresh Coriander
